Gibson Flats Mixed-Use Development

VICKREY provided civil engineering and construction administration services to develop a site on the southeast corner of South Lamar Boulevard and Gibson Street in South Austin, including Gibson Residences, Gibson Retail and the South Lamar Boulevard Waterline Improvements project. VICKREY provided civil engineering design for the site plan, grading, drainage, utility plan, water quality, demolition plan, erosion and sedimentation control, paving plan, traffic control plan, and the 1002 LF of 12-inch water line within the South Lamar R.O.W.  The firm also handled the preparation and provision of consolidated site development permit pans, preparation and processing of the site plan application through the City’s review process, assistance with a unified development agreement (UDA) and easement dedications, assistance with heritage tree protection and mitigation, and preparation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
